The Division of Nephrology at WMCHealth is seeking a Nephrologist to add to their team in the Hudson Valley in the Kingston, NY vicinity. Candidates must be board certified or eligible in Nephrology and qualified to obtain a New York State license. This position offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and malpractice coverage.
Responsibilities include attending on the renal inpatient and the renal consultative services, providing outpatient in-center dialysis care, and caring for office patients. In addition, there are unique opportunities to help develop and expand the home dialysis program, which will include the application of an existing network wide multi-million-dollar Telehealth program. The candidate will also participate in teaching activities of the division, including participating in the education of the nephrology fellows. The Hospitalist service will take all admissions; on call will be 1:4.
