Breast Surgeon – Nassau County

New York Cancer and Blood Specialists, a prominent and respected Oncology/Hematology group, is seeking a Breast Surgeon to join a well-established and growing pure sub-specialty practice with academic affiliation. Practice manages a freestanding outpatient 7-day per week Cancer Center with extensive chemotherapy administration, Radiation Oncology, Pharmacy and Research department.

To qualify, you must be a Fellowship Trained Breast Surgical Oncologist who will join our growing comprehensive Breast Surgical Program located within a Center comprised of Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiology, Pathology, Surgical and Medical Oncology. The program represents a new standard for cancer care where patients are treated as guests with amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient experience. This position offers you research collaborative opportunities with an NCI basic research team evaluating the genetic abnormalities associated with progression in breast cancer.    

Requirements:

• MD, or DO with a completed internship and residency from an accredited institution ..License/Certification/Registry:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Surgery

• Completion of fellowship in breast Surgery, recent graduates

• New York State medical license or eligible for NY licensure

• Current CDS license

• Current DEA license

Daytime hours: Monday – Friday. Excellent benefit package.
