Division Chief of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
The University of Texas Joe R and Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine in San Antonio seeks outstanding candidates for Chief of the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine in the Department of Medicine. The Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine has excellent clinical and educational programs related to lung transplantation, COPD, Cystic Fibrosis, IPF and critical care and a strong affiliation with the Audie L. Murphy Memorial VA Hospital. Candidates must be Board certified in Pulmonary Medicine and qualify for appointment at the rank of Associate or full Professor. Candidates should have excellent leadership, teaching, organizational and motivational skills and an established research program. Resources will be available for the new Chief to build on existing strengths and achieve national prominence for the division.
