Bayhealth is seeking a physician leader for a role as Assistant Medical Director of the Occupational Health and Walk-in Departments at either our Kent Campus or new MOB at one of our Milford campuses. The new MOB in Milford features our OccHealth offices as well as an Urgent Care. The Assistant Director will support the administrative and clinical needs of Bayhealth and work to achieve best practices in treatment of work related injuries in addition to other traditional Occ Med responsibilities. Experience in occupational medicine is required, as well as familiarity with DOT, OSHA, FMSCA, MRO and Workman's Compensation regulations and procedures. Bayhealth Medical Center usesa fully integrated EMR (Epic) in order to enhance the continuity of care and improve the patient experience.
The ideal candidate will be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Occupational Medicine but candidates with Primary Care Boards with substantial Urgent Care/Occ Med experience may be considered.
