The Opportunity
- Join a collegial team of four Family Physicians and five Advanced Practitioners
- Outpatient opportunity offering an excellent work/life balance
- Amazing call schedule of 1:46 as part of the metro Madison call group; call is limited to phone calls only; on call typically 2 weekends per year
- Flexible schedule offering a work week that allows care team coverage
- Saturday morning clinic is shared by the providers and rotated
- Patient Admits are through SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital (Madison), St. Clare Hospital (Baraboo), or Divine Savior Hospital (across the street)
- Specialists in Neurology, Cardiology, Dermatology, Otolaryngology, Rheumatology, Urology, Oncology, General Surgery and Neurosurgery from SSM Health Dean Medical Group in Madison come to Portage on a regular basis for outpatient clinics
- A two-year guaranteed salary, comprehensive fringe benefits, and a generous signing bonus will be offered
