Geisinger is seeking a board certified/board eligible Obstetrics Gynecologist to join its growing and robust team in our Central Region, which consists of Geisinger Medical Center in Danville and Geisinger Shamokin Area Hospital in Shamokin, Pennsylvania. Our Central region Women’s Health team has over 2000 deliveries annually and are supported by a NICU level IV. This position is a unique opportunity to work in both a community hospital setting, as well as a larger healthcare organization with teaching opportunities with fellows, residents, medical students, etc.
Geisinger Women's Health includes a network of primary care Obstetricians Gynecologists located in 24 offices throughout a 40-county service area and we have 5 labor and delivery units. Physicians are electronically connected to sub-specialists in maternal fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, and urogynecology throughout the system.

Geisinger Medical Center (GMC) is a 500-bed facility with the Henry Hood Research Center located on our Danville campus.
