Virginia Commonwealth University Division of Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine is seeking interested candidates for Medical Critical Care Specialists. Successful candidates will be member of a multi-disciplinary team in providing comprehensive care and management of patients with Pulmonary Disease and on the Critical Care service.
The successful candidate will participate in teaching to medical students, residents, and fellows in the management of patients. Demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment as a faculty member at VCU is required.
Candidates must have an MD degree or equivalent, be board-certified in Internal Medicine and board-certified or board-eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine by appointment start date. Strong interpersonal skills and excellence in patient care and teaching are expected.
