Orthopedic Practice Opportunity – Hillsdale Hospital, Hillsdale Michigan

  • Hospital Employed
  • Call:  1:3 or 1:4 to be determined
  • Current Clinic Staffing:  1 Orthopedic Surgeon 2 Orthopedic PA’s
  • MGMA Total Compensation Model:  $562,408 - $708,335 which includes:
    • Productivity Pay
    • Malpractice Insurance, occurrence/claims made
    • Health and Disability Insurance 
    • Relocation Fees
    • 6 Weeks of paid time annually, no rollover
    • Student Loan Forgiveness / reimbursement - negotiable
    • 403 (b) with 3% match
  • $4,500 and 2 weeks for CME Annually 
  • Eligible to contribute to 457 (b) tax advantage deferred-compensation retirement plan – no hospital contribution.
