The ApolloMD Transitional Medicine Program oversees the clinical care of the short-term and long-term patients at Sanford Health & Rehab. Our program is APC-driven, due to the presence of a physician assistant in the building Monday through Friday. We also have physicians on staff that round on patients every week. Facility serves up to 131 patients.

Must:

  • Meet regularly with CEO
  • Supervise Physicians and APCs
  • Serve as a spokesman and representative
  • Be able to take weekend call and daily after 7pm
