FACULTY POSITION, DEPARTMENT OF PATHOLOGY: Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University, located in Philadelphia PA, is accepting applications for a board certified academic Anatomic Pathologist at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, clinical and educational scholarship track. Rank will be commensurate with training, experience, and academic record. Fellowship training in Cytology is required and candidates with a surgical pathology and/or Breast pathology fellowship will be given preference.
Clinical responsibilities will include sign out duties and frozen section coverage at Jefferson University Hospital and its affiliates. Faculty are expected to participate in inter- and intra- departmental conferences and instruct residents and medical students of the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. Sufficient time will be allocated to pursue academic interests and translational research.
Applicants must have an M.D., M.D. /Ph.D., and licensed, or eligible for, an unrestricted medical license in the State of Pennsylvania.
