Pulmonary Hypertension Fellow- Tufts Medical Center- Boston, MA

Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts is seeking graduates of a Pulmonary Critical Fellowship Program to do an additional year of fellowship in Specialized Pulmonary Hypertension Care. The successful candidate will serve ¼ of the year as an intensivist and the remainder working with staff PH specialists evaluating new referrals, participating in the ongoing management of PH patients in PH clinics, performing right heart caths and Level 3 Cardiopulmonary Tests, and participating in PH research. The Fellow would also have the opportunity to get experience with management of CTEPH patients, lung transplant evaluations and gaining skills in ultrasound of the right heart on an elective basis. The candidate would attend at least one annual meeting of a Pulmonary Specialty Society.

Candidates must be BC/BE in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. Interest in working in an Academic environment with outstanding teaching skills is essential. The Medical Center is the principal teaching hospital for Tufts University School of Medicine.
