Hospitalist Physician No overnight shifts!

Vancouver Clinic has served Southwest Washington patients for more than 80 years. We’ve grown to be the largest, independent, physician-owned medical group in the Pacific Northwest.  We’re recruiting physicians like you to serve our rapidly growing population and to join our expanding hospital medicine department.

We’re seeking two (2) dynamic BE/BC Internal Medicine physicians who are committed to delivering exceptional care to patients in a collaborative, collegial environment. These are full-time (1.0 FTE) positions.

The ideal candidates will have the desire, energy and flexibility to be a contributing member of our hospitalist group. These providers will be part of an expansion service covering two hospitals in the Vancouver community.

Position details:

• Full-time positions - 14 day or swing shifts plus two back-up shifts a month
• 14 patient cap
• Dedicated Nocturnist coverage – no nights!
• Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents, if desired
• Partnership after two years with a reasonable buy-in

Our practice is located in Vancouver, Washington, directly across the Columbia River from Portland. Nestled between the Cascade Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, the area offers abundant outdoor recreational opportunities. Housing options range from properties on acreage to downtown high-rises in Portland’s Pearl District. With mild weather and excellent schools, Vancouver is a great place to live. Plus, Washington has no state income tax.
