Palliative Care Fellow
Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is seeking applicants for our fellowship program in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Our program provides state-of-the-art clinical training in all aspects of hospice and palliative care and gives graduates the knowledge and experience needed to grow as leaders in the intersection of palliative and hospice medicine. Our program has an integrated hospice agency, Northern Light Hospice and Home Care, with a well-established tradition of service to our local community. Our inpatient consultative and ambulatory/home-based programs provide a unique opportunity for fellows to experience the full spectrum of hospice and palliative medicine across an integrated health system.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Be board-certified (or board-eligible with intention to complete board certification) in their primary specialty.
- Demonstrate commitment to practicing hospice and palliative medicine in their future clinical work.
