VP Patient Care Services-CNO-Agnesian Health-Waupun Hospital

Agnesian Healthcare, a member of SSM Health, is recruiting for a Vice President of Patient Care Services-CNO to provide nursing oversight in our Waupun Memorial Hospital and Ripon Medical Center. This role is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of a culture of patient safety, standardization of clinical operations and care processes throughout the hospital. This highly autonomous role provides oversight for all clinical service areas including strategic planning in accordance with the philosophy and mission of Agnesian Healthcare in both hospital settings.

This executive position reports directly to the hospital president with indirect reporting to our regional CNO leadership. Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Nursing and Master's degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare Administration
• Current unrestricted, or ability to obtain, license as a registered nurse in WI
• Minimum of four years nursing leadership experience
• Minimum of eight years nursing experience in hospital setting

Waupun Memorial Hospital

Waupun Memorial Hospital is a 25 bed hospital which provides a full range of inpatient and outpatient services to Waupun and surrounding rural areas. Featuring a two-story provider clinic creating a direct connection to hospital resources. State-of-the-art surgery center features three high tech OR, endoscopy room, 11 pre-post op rooms, and 4 recovery rooms. Department of Correction Security Unit, 2018 construction of 14 bed Medical surgical unit, 3 bed ICU and 4 bed LD&P.

Ripon Medical Center

Ripon Medical Center is a newly constructed hospital that features 15 private patients' rooms consistent of 12-medical/surgical and 3-ICU beds. Dedicated Hospitalist team in place to address needs of our patients. Clinic and Hospital attached.
