Physician-Family Medicine-Beaver Dam Clinic

SSM Health Dean Medical Group, a 500+ physician multi-specialty group, is seeking a Family Physician to join its clinic in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. This Family Medicine physician will work at the new state of the art multi-specialty clinic opening in February 2021. Additional details:

The Opportunity:
 

• Fulltime opportunity (0.8-1.0 FTE), outpatient only practice with daytime clinical hours
• Two-year guaranteed salary plus lucrative signing/retention bonuses
• Comprehensive benefit package exclusively designed for physicians including annual CME dollars, immediate vacation/CME and 401K multi-funded account, just to name a few
• Call is approximately 1-2 weekends per year and 7-8 weekdays per year
• The new multi-specialty clinic will be supported by 14 specialties
