We are seeking a Physician to become a part of our team! An opportunity for practice Part-time in northeastern Oregon. Full-time is available if selected candidate holds current WA MD license or meets credentialing eligibility criteria for Washington State with practice and clinic sites located in southeastern Washington State

You will focus on providing high quality patient care in Occupational Medicine/Convenience Care/Employee Health services in non-traditional setting at an employer onsite clinic. What is required? A love of the practice of medicine, critical thinking skills, acute diagnostic abilities and willingness to learn our unique system of practice. Starting salary is based on experience.

Responsibilities:

The Physician oversees the patient's diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of occupational illnesses and/or injury. Prepares patients for return to work after illness or injury or may act as a consultant to identify workplace health hazards. Examines patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Recommends tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition. Plans and directs all aspects of an clinic's medical policies, standards, and programs. Responsible for clinical relationships with providers and medical staff. Ensures all clinical programs are in compliance with all applicable regulations. Researches and studies current medical publications and data on new treatments and practices to ensure high quality clinical service offerings. Advises non medical management on clinical and patient related matters and policies. Manages the medical function within AnovaWorks clinic. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments.

Qualifications:

Licensed MD, with 6+ years of managerial experience.

Occupational Medicine Board Certified preferred

Strong leadership qualities

Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communications skills
