Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine, an exceptional faith-based institution, is seeking a physician board-certified in OMM for an academic leadership role serving as the chair of the Department of Osteopathic Principles and Practice/Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. The incoming candidate will have an exciting opportunity to dedicate himself or herself to the academic environment and, utilizing an established and successful curriculum, continue to develop and build the department through mentorship of junior faculty and medical students.

We are seeking an individual who will contribute to an uplifting Christian environment, model and encourage spiritual maturity in students and faculty, and be available for counsel. This is an opportunity for a candidate to grow as a strong servant leader. The qualified candidate has the opportunity to provide service to the university community and students through serving on COM and department committees; providing leadership, mentorship, and expertise to students; and participating in community outreach events. He or she will also feel the excitement of being part of a large university with Division I sports, theatre, music, and events on a beautiful campus with a vibrant academic community life.
