Vice President Regional Medical Group Operations-SSM Health Dean Medical Group

SSM Health Dean Medical Group is searching for a Vice President of Operations in Madison, WI. This unique position offers a growth orientated senior operational leader a regional scope as part of an integrated delivery network. Supporting and nurturing planned strategic growth across three highly productive medical group of approximately 700 physicians in accordance with the SSM Health mission and philosophy. Collaborate with various levels of executive leadership in order to successfully operationalize system initiatives while controlling costs and ensuring budgets are consistently met.

This operational senior leader reports directly to the Regional Medical Group President with a matrixed reporting structure to the SSM Health System Vice President of Operations. Collaborating with both system and regional leadership in order to maximize performance within highly stable organization will be a daily expectation. Regional responsibility for all three of SSM WI medical groups including Monroe Clinic and Fond du lac Regional Clinic.

Requirements:

• Bachelor required, Masters (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in regional clinic operations or service line within healthcare organization.
• Minimum of 10 years of healthcare operational experience, preferably within a medical group setting.
• Experience managing change and strategic growth initiatives
