Indiana University Health is seeking an experienced Psychiatrist to lead our new initiative in Integrated Behavioral Health. This is a great opportunity to lead our efforts of integrating behavioral health into our primary care offices by collaborating with a large multidisciplinary team and establishing protocols for our new program. If you are looking for a leadership role and have an interest in developing our new Integrated Behavioral Health program, this position offers the opportunity to build the program from the ground up.

Position Highlights:
  • Leadership role coordinating and integrating behavioral health initiatives with our primary care offices.
  • Monday-Friday 8-5 schedule; primarily remote location
  • Work with clinical manager to ensure quality of care, guide protocols, manage patient population using evidence based screening and treatment plans
  • Guide and teach all specialties on the team including pharmacy, primary care, residents, medical students, social workers and interns
  • Responsible for staffing and supervising our behavioral health clinicians
  • Interact with and guide primary care providers in treatment of their patients with behavioral health complaints


Qualifications:
  • Experience required
  • Residency training in Psychiatry
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
