Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital (JHACH) in St. Petersburg, Florida seeks a BE/BC pediatric neurosurgeon to join one of the largest pediatric neurosurgery programs in the Southeast. Those with fellowship training are preferred. Our team of four full-time pediatric neurosurgeons provide a broad range of advanced, specialized pediatric neurosurgical care for children of all ages throughout Florida, the United States, and the world. The team is experienced in all areas of pediatric neurosurgery. The neurosurgery operating room is equipped with state-of-the-art technology including neurophysiological monitoring, stereotactic navigation systems (RF and electromagnetic), endoscopy, Zeiss Pentero microscopes, stereo EEG (ROSA) and a laser ablation system. The Inpatient Surgical Neuroscience Unit has 28 individual patient rooms and a 28 bed PICU. We are committed to patient care, and resident and fellow training.
As members of the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Institute for Brain Protection Sciences, our pediatric neurosurgeons regularly draw upon the expertise of specialists in child neurology, epilepsy, neuro-oncology, neuro-radiology, neuropsychology and neuropathology. The candidate is eligible for employment as JHACH or as Johns Hopkins University physician. Academic appointment commensurate with experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
