Stony Brook University School of Medicine of the State University of New York invites applications for a full-time faculty position in the division of Hematology/Oncology.

The division of Hematology/Oncology in the Department of Medicine and the Stony Brook University Cancer Center in Stony Brook, NY are seeking physicians to participate in a clinical faculty practice and lead the development of clinical and translational research programs in Gastro Intestinal Oncology, Genitourinary Oncology and Sarcoma or Melanoma oncology. Stony Brook is located in suburban Suffolk County, Long Island, New York, offering excellent schools and wonderful recreational activities, including access to beaches, boating and the cultural wealth of New York City. The level of appointment will be dependent on credentials and experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: MD or equivalent, Board Certified in Internal Medicine, BC/BE in Medical Oncology.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Patient care experience and interest in leading the development of a clinical and translational research program in GU Cancers, Sarcomas or Melanomas.
