Position Description: 

The Center for Global Health at the Perelman School of Medicine seeks candidates to serve as Director of the Penn Medicine Center for Excellence in Oncology – Vietnam. The primary responsibility of the position is to oversee the clinical and academic-related functions of the Center, which is jointly held with the Vinmec Health System. The position is based in Hanoi, Vietnam, however brief rotations for clinical service at Penn are anticipated. The Director will interface with senior leaders in oncology and global health at Penn and Vinmec to plan and implement the Center strategy including all aspects of clinical training, healthcare provision, the interface with clinical research, and program management. Rank will be commensurate with experience. 

Candidates will be eligible for associated faculty positions at the University of Pennsylvania depending on qualifications. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. Board certification in Internal Medicine and Oncology at either a US-national or international level strongly preferred.
