Division of Rheumatology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center is offering an outstanding opportunity for Assistant/ Associate Professor. BC/BE. The Division of Rheumatology is dedicated to providing the highest quality patient care and conducting clinical and basic research that advances the treatment of rheumatologic disorders. The Division of Rheumatology consists of highly trained and Board Certified Rheumatologists specializing in the treatment of all rheumatologic diseases. We also have a program of clinical and basic research in a variety of rheumatologic diseases including SLE, Sjogren’s, RA, and Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis. We are one of nine Autoimmune Centers of Excellence in the country. Candidates with strong epidemiology, outcomes research, clinical trial, or bone related research are highly favorable.
A clinical educator tract is possible. Research is required for tenure-eligible but not clinical tracks. Academic rank will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Area boasts of great public schools, downtown living or easy commutes, low cost of living!
