GASTROENTEROLOGIST/HEPATOLOGIST

Portland, Oregon

We're currently seeking a Hepatologist/Gastroenterologist to assume a key role within our GI department where the focus will be on the ambulatory care of Hepatology patients with varying amounts of endoscopy depending on the interests of the physician. This is a clinical position that emphasizes care in our hepatitis clinic for general hepatology, viral hepatitis and pre/post liver transplantation work. Our department has two physicians and one physician assistant focusing on Hepatology, and we are seeking a third team member to complement robust nurse case management of our patients. Candidates should be fluent in the care of Hepatitis B and C and preferably have post fellowship experience in this area.
