The County:
Jefferson County, commonly called Jeffco, is the fourth most populous of the 64 counties of the State of Colorado. Jefferson County Public Health (JCPH) is a nationally accredited health department that serves all people in Jefferson County. The department is comprised of more than 180 employees across four divisions who work to address our county’s most pressing health issues — from food insecurity, to housing and homelessness, to mental health and substance misuse. By working together with the community, we help all people achieve the best health possible.
