Job Description

Family Medicine Physician needed in Grass Valley, California. The primary focus of the Family Medicine Physician is to provide high-quality, patient centered care while promoting health and wellness to all patients.

Details:

� Permanent, full-time position

� Schedule Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

� Weekend shifts may be available, but not required

� Average 18-21 patients per day

� Ability to see all ages, patients range from kids to geriatrics

� Ability to perform all standard procedures on-site

� EMR: E-Clinical Works

� Call coverage 1:10, phone only

Qualifications

� Valid California medical license

� Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
