Medical Director (Ukiah, CA)

Job Description

Medical Director needed in Ukiah, California. The primary focus of the Medical Director is to provide care to patients and leadership to the clinical team. The Medical Director will work closely with the Director of Operations to help drive the culture, organizational relationships, and overall performance of the clinic.

Details:
• Full-time, permanent position
• Schedule: 5-day workweek consisting of 2 administrative days and 3 clinic days
• Responsible for the quality of the clinic, production, compliance, and patient care standards
• Ensure the mission, vision, and values guides all aspects of assigned clinics
• Build internal relationships with key individuals to drive organizational strategy
• Implement regional goals that support the effective and efficient delivery of quality care
• Implement the appropriate policies, procedures, and systems to support retention efforts
• Evaluate performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and define plans for goal achievement

Qualifications
• Board Certified
• Unrestricted California medical license
• Three to five years of management experience required
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Health Care Management, or related field preferred
