Job Description

Hospitalist needed to join a team in Central California. Be a part of a group that values serving their community by providing quality healthcare services. The primary focus of the Hospitalist is to promote patient-centered care through a team approach with an emphasis on professionalism and compassion.

Details:
• Full-time position
• 7 days on and 7 days off, or a flexible schedule
• Perform geographic rounding with a majority of patients located in one unit
• Average 12 patients per shift
• Varied acuity levels in acute and chronic care
• Admissions allocated to Intensivists and Hospitalists
• Involvement in the residency program
• Excellent support staff including APPs and Intensivists

Qualifications
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Board Eligible with Certification within one year
• Valid California medical license
• Critical care experience preferred
