Director, Compliance Program Integrity

Stanford Health Care seeks an experienced leader to be the next Director of Compliance Program Integrity (Director). Reporting to the Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer, the Director works closely with that individual and the other directors and managers to assist in the management of the organizations’ compliance committees and other compliance-related committees. The Director serves as the lead for Compliance Program Integrity, ensuring program effectiveness and establishing and managing metrics for the Compliance Program Integrity Team. This individual also leads a team conducting investigations of allegations of regulatory and compliance violations. The Director also oversees the direction, management, and goal setting for Compliance Program Integrity operations and ensures development of outcome programs to support the direction for Stanford Health Care, Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford, University Healthcare Alliance, Packard Children's Health Alliance, ValleyCare Hospital, and other affiliated clinical organizations.
