The North Texas region is one of the key geographic strategies for the expansion of HCA's GME programs.

As such, HCA is seeking an OBGYN Program Director to lead in the development and implementation of a new Obstetrics/Gynecology Residency Program for the Dallas area. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated leader to have input on building a program from the ground up.

Qualified Candidates must:
* Be board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
* Have previous leadership / administrative experience
* Be willing to combine administrative and teaching responsibilities (50/50)
* Have strong administrative and team building skills
* Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Must have a minimum of 3 years of educational and/or administrative experience in graduate medical education prior to appointment
* Must have recent scholarly activity such as: publication of original research or review articles in peer-reviewed journals and/or chapters in textbooks; publication, poster presentation or other form of presentation of case reports or clinical series at scientific society meetings and/or professional organizations at state, regional or national level and participation in national committees or educations organizations are highly encouraged to apply.
