Physiatry Medical Director (Providence Medical Group - Alaska)
St. Elias Specialty Hospital's Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility, a center of excellence that is setting the standard of rehabilitation in the state of Alaska, is seeking a full-time Physiatrist physician to serve as the Medical Director of a new 15-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. A successful candidate will have excellent patient experience skills and will be enthusiastic in developing a supportive team in a patient-centered environment. - Duties include leading the inpatient rehabilitation team and overseeing the medical care of the unit
- Strong geriatric skills and demonstrated willingness to serve alongside others on the team preferred
- Broad experience in stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury and trauma rehabilitation a plus
