Trauma Surgery Physician - in Pennsylvania

This large health system is seeking a trauma surgeon to join our highly respected health network. This position will be based out of one location in the Western Philadelphia Region (Chester, Pennsylvania).

Practice Highlights:

• 370-bed tertiary care community teaching hospital (Level II Trauma Center) with a group of six surgical critical care board certified acute care surgeons.
• Receives over 2500 trauma and burn cases per year
• This position calls for someone with a strong commitment to education for residents and medical students. The hospital has recently established a freestanding general residency program
• Duties include in-house trauma call, elective and acute care general surgery, and the management of the trauma patients on the ward and ICU
