Practice Information

• One BC/BE Geriatrician needed to join our growing Senior Care Clinic in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley
• Staff will consist of two Physicians, a Physician Assistant, Social Worker, Pharmacist in the clinic, and a Medical Assistant for each provider (3).
• Clinic is a Medical Home Model
• 30-minute to 1-hour appointment times per patient are common
• Call is 1 week in 5 (shared with another Geriatric medicine clinic). Very light call as we have a nursing triage answering service that screens calls.
• Group utilizes the hospitalist service; therefore, practice is outpatient only
• Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group
