Hospitalist Medical Director Needed in Western NY Near Buffalo

CompHealth is currently assisting a New York hospital with their search for a medical director. This is for a small program consisting of six hospitalists and NPs. The schedule will be shift work consisting of short day blocks. There will be administrative responsibilities plus running codes and doing procedures. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience. They welcome both board certified and board eligible FP and IM candidates. CompHealth has a licensing team that can help you with the processing and application of a NY medical license, if necessary.

This opportunity has a competitive compensation package with performance and RVU bonuses, and a director stipend. You will be offered medical benefits, relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, CME stipend, a 401k retirement plan, and malpractice with tail coverage.
