Geisinger’s Women & Children’s Institute is seeking a board eligible/certified Ob/Gyn Generalist to join our thriving practice in our brand-new Lock Haven Clinic. This is a great opportunity for someone to step in to an established clinic built into a unique model with solid Advanced Practitioner support.
We are interested in new graduates and candidates with experience working within a complex clinical department and demonstrating clinical excellence in all aspects of medical and surgical obstetrics and gynecology. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM, with typically 4 days in the clinic and 1 OR day at Jersey Shore Hospital. Call is 1-3 shifts per month covering in house 24-hour labor and delivery in our Central region at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA where there are over 2000 deliveries annually and are supported by a NICU level IV.
Geisinger Women's Health includes a network of primary care obstetricians/gynecologists located in 24 offices throughout a 40-county service area. Physicians are electronically connected to sub-specialists in maternal fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, and urogynecology throughout the system.
