University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking a Rheumatologist Physician to practice in Bloomington and Eagan, Minnesota.

Practice Details:

• Join a well-established community based practice in the southern suburbs of Minneapolis at 2 Fairview Health System Clinics located in Eagan and Bloomington.  Both clinics are multi-specialty clinics with many services available onsite.
• Work with three other community based rheumatologists based in other Fairview clinic locations across the integrated system.
• You will also have access to academic rheumatologists from the University of Minnesota. 
• Clinics have on-site laboratories as well as imaging capability. 
• This is a general rheumatology position with the opportunity to focus in areas of interest.
• Seeking candidates who will deliver high quality rheumatology care, including joint injections, to adult patients.
• Exceptionally strong primary and specialty care referral base within the care system.
• Fully integrated EMR (EPIC).
• Call Frequency: 1: 4, phone call only  with low volumes.
• Openings: Full time (1.0 FTE)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME internal medicine residency and rheumatology fellowship training program.
• Board eligible/certified in internal medicine and rheumatology
• Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DEA certification in the State of Minnesota
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional collaboration abilities with partners and staff.
• Understands and places importance on patient care/service.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated
