Offering a full complement of specialty services and a family medicine residency program, St. Francis Hospital is the heart and soul of the community and makes world-class healthcare accessible.

• 214-bed, community hospital
• 14 bed ICU - medical and surgical patients
• Full subspecialty support
• Part-time option available - modified block schedule

Education, Training & Experience Required

• MD or DO
• Must be board certified or board eligible in Critical Care Medicine
• Eligible to work in the United States; Not a J1 visa qualified area
• Ability to work as a team member
• Must have a commitment to excellence in clinical service, be forward thinking and demonstrate problem-solving abilities necessary in this environment
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform all technical skills in the critical care setting

Wilmington is the largest city in the state of Delaware and is located at the confluence of the Christina River and Brandywine Creek, near where the Christina flows into the Delaware River. Philadelphia, being the region's major commercial, cultural, and industrial center, maintains a rather large sphere of influence that affects the counties that immediately surround it.
