Job Description 

Advanced Orthopedics New England is actively seeking a full-time Adult Reconstructive Surgeon subspecializing in Total Joint Replacement.  

Advanced Orthopedics New England is a multi-subspecialty team of surgeons, physician assistants and administrative staff committed to providing high quality medical and surgical care to patients. The private practice has four locations: Enfield, CT, Bloomfield, CT, Rocky Hill, CT and Springfield, MA. This team brings a group of 7 experienced surgeons and 7 advanced practice providers together to work towards the best possible outcome for their patients. This position includes optional paid trauma call at St. Francis Hospital, a level I trauma center. 

Advanced Orthopedics physicians have access to perform surgery at the Connecticut Joint Replacement Institute at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center (CJRI). CJRI is widely recognized as a leader in its field, it was named among the top 5% in the nation for joint replacement. In January 2020 we will be working in a state of the art all orthopedic 6 room physician owned ambulatory surgery center on the St. Francis campus. St. Francis is a major teaching facility of the University of Connecticut orthopedic residency program and our physicians are actively involved in resident education and clinical research.
