Provider will provide, on an as-needed basis and pursuant to a schedule as mutually agreed to by the Parties hereto, professional occupational medical services including, but not limited to, patient physicals and pre-employment exams, work injury exams, return to work exams, workers compensation exams, history and physicals, injections, suturing at AVH within its Department of Occupational Medicine (the Department ). Provider will supervise the care and treatment of patients within the Department. Candidate must be American Board Certified in Occupational Medicine or American Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with Occupational Health Experience.

Medical Review Officer Services

• Receives and reviews positive drug screen results
• Contacts the patient to inform them that their drug screen result is positive. If illegal substance, then drug screen remains positive.
• Interviews patient to determine if there is a valid prescription from their doctor for legal substances.
• Contacts pharmacy or doctor office to verify validity of prescription for the drug in question.
• Determines if the drug screen is negative or positive based on the above investigation.
