Due to steady, annual growth we are currently looking for additional OB/GYN physicians to join our team.
We believe there are many talented physicians who would like to truly balance their professional life with their personal life – and we believe that the opportunity to truly achieve that balance as an OB/GYN is rare. As a member of the team at Women’s Care of Wisconsin, you will enjoy the following:

  • Guaranteed salary of $150K for the first 2 years of employment; production based compensation after 2 years based on RVU's
  • Rotating schedule of 3 days one week/2 days next week
  • Call obligation of no more than 1:8; includes 26 week days and 7 weekends
  • Minimum number of workdays required is 115 days
  • Opportunities to work in both urban and rural communities – always with the help and support of colleagues – both clinically and surgically
  • When not on call, you have the option to cover your own patients or completely sign out
  • Company paid malpractice
  • Paid relocation
  • Sign-on bonus of $50K or student loan repayment of $20K for 5 years
  • Annual CME stipend while on salary
  • Level 3 nursery attached to NICU at one of the hospitals we cover
  • After hours RN phone triage service provided by Women’s Care – eliminating a high percentage of overnight calls
  • Electronic medical record (EPIC)
  • Hand held US for routine OB checks
  • Ability to remotely monitor hospital NST’s from any computer
  • AIUM certified ultrasound services available in our clinics
  • Hospital rounding assisted by our Nurse Practitioners/Certified Nurse Midwives
  • In-office procedures are performed (to the level that you are comfortable) with nitrous oxide.
  • Colleagues are highly skilled, minimally invasive surgeons with 20 years as leaders in minimally invasive surgery of all types
  • Dedicated Surg Tech providing OB/GYN services for most cases (if desired)
  • DaVinci robot is available
  • Physical therapists specializing in pelvic pain are employed with our group
