Endocrinology Fellowship Director

Baystate Health, home of the University of Massachusetts Medical School-Baystate Health (UMMS-BH), is seeking an academic Endocrinologist to join Baystate Health’s well-established Division of Endocrinology Medicine in Western MA.

Position Highlights:

• Academic position with the opportunity to teach fellows, residents and medical students with an opportunity for faculty appointment to the University Of Massachusetts School Of Medicine – Baystate commensurate with experience.
• Lead our fully accredited and reputable endocrinology fellowship program with outstanding institutional support and deep resources available to ensure success.
• Join our team of 6 faculty physicians, 4 advanced practice providers and a strong support team to provide clinical education, direct clinical care and help coordinate divisional educational activities.
• Develop, revise and improve existing endocrine fellowship curriculum with the help of our dedicated faculty and oversee the fellows’ and residents’ clinical rotations. Help shape fellow education by palying a strong role in generating   topics for the weekly endocrine grand rounds.
• 25% protected time for Fellowship Director role. Clinical responsibilities include primarily outpatient care with rotation for inpatient rounding.

Qualified applicants will be BC/BE and should have demonstrated accomplishment in scholarship activities and outstanding clinical skills.
