Community Health Network is seeking an exceptional experienced BC/BE Endocrinologist to join a well-established practice in Kokomo, Indiana. The Endocrinologist will be employed and part of Community Physician Network. This physician will absorb a full patient panel.
100% Endocrinology position
Minimal inpatient responsibilities
Onsite access for thyroid ultrasound
Large Primary Care referral base
Certified Diabetes Educators in regions
Opportunity to mentor Residents and Medical Students
