General Orthopaedics with interest in Total Joints

Cascade Orthopaedics is a 45 year old group that is seeking a BC/BE orthopaedic surgeon to join our group - partnership track. We are searching for an orthopaedist who is comfortable with general, sports med and level 3 trauma, but who can also fill a void in hip and knee total joint replacement volume coverage.

Cascade Orthopaedics is an 8 person group currently made up of 6 orthopaedists, 2 physiatrists, and 2 PA's. Ortho partners are fellowship trained in Spine, Hand, Sports, or Foot/Ankle. We are an independent group. We operate out of 2 office locations, 2 hospitals and the ASC. We partner in and manage a joint venture ASC, as well as PT/OT, MRI, digital X-ray, and DME, all of which offer ancillary income. We also have in house C-arm, ultrasound, and a very usable EMR. Candidate would be expected to take general ortho call approximately 1:7 with above market stipend. Early partnership is possible for the right candidate. Real estate investment available with partnership.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial candidate who is interested in the challenges, rewards, and independence of private practice rather than the hospital employment route.
