Occupational Medicine Physician

Valley Occupational Medicine in Roanoke VA. is an independent privately owned full service Occupational Medicine Clinic.  We are looking to hire a full-time Occupational Medicine physician.  Board certification preferred but not required.  The more experience the better.  Our clinic opened in February 2000.  We are very sound financially with no debt.  Office hours are 8-5 M-F, no weekends and no holidays.  There is an opportunity for ownership if interested.

I encourage you to check out our beautiful Roanoke Valley.  We are located in the southernmost corner of the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.  The Roanoke Valley consists of the City of Roanoke, town of Vinton, Salem City and Roanoke County. The population is spread out enough throughout the Valley that you don't get the feeling that you are in a congested city yet the combined population is about 325,000.  The Blue Ridge Parkway courses along the edge of the Roanoke Valley. The 20+ mile Roanoke River Greenway courses through the Roanoke Valley and much of it is along the Roanoke River.  The Roanoke River has also been designated as the Roanoke River Blueway with numerous places along the river to launch kayaks, canoes and small boats.  You can fish in downtown Roanoke.  The George Washington and Jefferson National Forests are each within less than a one hour drive.  Smith Mtn. Lake is 45 minutes from Roanoke.  There are numerous opportunities for outdoor activities.
