- License: Active IL state license needed
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 2:30 pm
- Call: Yes
- Caseload: 15 - 25 patients per day
- Other Certification: ACLS and BLS
- Procedures: Interventional and medial
- Personally performed anesthesia services
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
