Allegheny Health Network (AHN) is currently seeking a Fellowship Trained BE/BC Breast Surgeon to join our team of breast surgeons.

Program Highlights:

  • Four Multidisciplinary Breast Centers

  • NAPBC certified program

  • Weekly Multidisciplinary Breast Tumor Board meetings

  • Nurse Navigator at our Breast Centers

  • Dedicated Breast Radiologists

  • Team of Breast Surgeons, Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Plastic Surgeons -performing all types of reconstruction, Lymphedema program with PT/OT, Genetic counselors, Breast center nurses, Physician Assistants, and a High risk program.

  • Academic setting with surgical residents and breast fellowship program

  • Participate on national clinical research trials and recent affiliation with Johns Hopkins research department

  • Seed localization program

  • State of the Art Equipment and Technology

  • ERAS program paired with our anesthesia team

Qualifications:

  • BE/BC in Breast Surgery

  • Fellowship Training in Breast Surgery or Surgical Oncology

  • Completed General Surgery Residency Program

Preferred:

  • Interest in participation in national clinical research trials and writing publications

  • Active participation with Breast Fellowship Program and teaching general surgery residents

  • Energetic and eager to be part of a growing program
