Allegheny Health Network (AHN) in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking an additional Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN physician to join our established and expanding practices. The successful applicant will be a skilled clinician with the opportunity to work in a tertiary center (West Penn Hospital.) The perspective candidate will have resources of a robust Maternal and Fetal Medicine Program, (8 providers) expert nursing care and a collaborative group of subspecialists including gynecologic oncology, urogynecology and practice management professionals. We seek an active interest in clinical research and a commitment to teaching. West Penn Hospital is home to an OB/GYN residency and the candidate will have the opportunity to work with residents. Appointment to the clinical faculty of Temple University School of Medicine is available commensurate with experience.
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology consists of nearly 100 physicians including multiple subspecialists, located throughout the Western Pennsylvania Region. The Department is routinely recognized for excellence in care as one of the top 50 gynecological services according to US News & World Report as well as a top 20 women s health program according to Becker s Hospital Review.
