Adena Medical Group is seeking an Orthopaedic Total Joint Surgeon to join a dynamic team of Four Fellowship Trained Physicians. Adena Bone and Joint is considered a Center of Excellence for Southern Ohio and provides services to over 10 counties. Call Coverage is 1:5. Physicians work closely with 8 Sports Medicine Non-operative physicians and support a medical staff of over 200 providers.

The Ideal Physician is someone who is Intrinsically motivated to be the best and perform Total Joint Arthroplasties with a penchant toward Hip and Knee replacements. The group is seeking a Team Oriented Physician that is grounded. Physicians that are Mako Trained or willing to learn are preferred.

Our opportunity includes:

• Starting Salary of $725,000, Plus productivity incentive
• $100,000 Signing bonus upon signature of final contract
