Join the mission of the Farnum Center, a comprehensive treatment facility dedicated to providing dignified, compassionate recovery services including the State’s only stand-alone medical detox unit and Inpatient Services, for adults in pursuit of rehabilitation from substance use disorders.
We are hiring a Physician at the Farnum Center!
The person in this position will be responsible for providing medical services to clients in our chemical dependency program. Responsibilities will include providing medical care to the assigned patients, arranging for the provision of medical services, participating in the interdisciplinary care planning team in the development and review of the patient’s care plan, recording the admission history, physical examination, orders and plan of care and maintaining ongoing, cooperative communication with other service providers.
Qualifications: This position requires a degree from an accredited medical school, board certified or eligibility by the AMA, current NH physician license and an interest in the substance abuse field.
Compensation: Pay is based on education, experience, and certifications. Full-time employees are offered competitive benefit packages.
Hours: There is the opportunity for a part-time or full-time role.
