Physician - Family Medicine

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our team at Franciscan Physician Network St John Health Center located in St. John, Indiana.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a strong interest to work in an outpatient clinic setting, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and have a desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• 36 hour of patient contact
  • One late evening per week
  • Required to work one Saturday per month
• Weekend Call: 1:3
• Average outpatient volume: 15 - 20 patients per day
• Large patient base with Hospitalist support
• Common Diagnoses:
  • Chronic disease states
  • Diabetes
  • General wellness
  • Hypertension
